Cybil was on death row at the shelter when discovered by a volunteer who contacted Rescue. Although a cross-bred, Cybil was fortunate that there was an available foster home for her. Her luck improved even more when an applicant saw her on our site and decided this was exactly the dog she was waiting for. With less than a week of leaving the shelter, Cybil is in her forever home.
