Santa Paws - 2003
Gilroy Premium Outlet Mall

On a day threatening rain, eight GPRNC volunteers gathered with six Pyrs to take Holiday pictures to benefit rescue. This is the second year the Gilroy Premium Outlet Mall has invited us to bring the dogs and take their pictures with children in exchange for donations.

Event Chair Sue King and Catherine de la Cruz met at the mall at 9:30 to set up. We had an alcove next to the ATM machine and the bathrooms - two of the most popular stops at the mall. Sue brought a restored antique rocker, wreaths, a rug and lots of jingle-bell collars, bows and Santa hats for the dogs.
